Description Job Title: Business Analyst/QA Specialist Location: Remote (Los Angeles or New York City) Contract Term: 6-Month Contract (Potential Extension) Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM Start Date: January 2025 Position Overview Seeking a Business Analyst/QA Specialist to enhance and maintain external web properties. Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to implement improvements, manage product backlogs, and support Agile processes. Operate within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with global needs. Requirements Key Responsibilities + Lead delivery of web-related initiatives, ensuring alignment with regional requirements. + Partner with stakeholders to document workflows, improve content management processes, and create user stories in Jira. + Support change management efforts, including training materials and communications. + Conduct quality assurance testing, log defects, and ensure compliance with functionality and accessibility standards. + Perform user acceptance testing, address issues during beta testing, and support users during adoption. + Identify risks and define mitigation strategies with Product Owners. Qualifications + 10+ years in Business Analysis or QA roles, with 5+ years in Scaled Agile (SAFe) environments. + Proficiency with Jira, GitHub, and Confluence. + Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and collaboration skills. + Ability to learn and adapt to new workflows and business domains. + Experience in sports, media, or entertainment sectors is a plus but not required.
