Inova Office of Research is seeking a dedicated Business Analyst to join the team. This role will be full-time Monday – Friday, Hybrid Day shift.

Business Analyst Job Responsibilities:

Assists with the Preparation of timely financial statements that are representative of the Research Service Line results. Coordinates or performs a wide variety of financial, administrative and/or data management activities to support research studies. Ensures that invoices are prepared and sent to Clinical Research Sponsors in a timely and accurate manner as outlines in agreements. Prepares accurate and complete journal entries and account reconciliations. Coordinates and tracks financial aspects of clinical study from project creation to study closure fostering the use of matrix and Oncore. Adheres to accounting principles, regulatory guidelines and Inova policies related to clinical trials.

Business Analyst Additional Requirements:

Work schedule: 8-hour shift (Monday – Friday; Hybrid Day shift). Education: Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance preferred. Experience: Four (4) years’ experience in related field.
