Our work helps civil entities provide services transparently and with fewer resources. **Your future duties and responsibilities:** **How you'll make an impact** This role may include the following responsibilities: • Schedule, conduct and document interviews • Coordinate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for the ERP solution • Conduct and document gap analysis and translate business requirements into functional specifications that can be understood by technical teams • Document, analyze, and map existing business processes and workflows to support team in identifying areas for improvement and optimization • Work on team in analyzing how the ERP system will impact current business processes and identify necessary changes • Write, conduct and document results for ERP test cases • Support functional ERP teams, PMO or Operations as directed • Other Business Analyst duties as requested **Required qualifications to be successful in this role:** **What you'll bring** • Bachelor’s degree is required • Experience working with a team on a large project • Experience gathering requirements, updating/managing documentation, and support of business process analysis • Experience with flow charts/diagrams • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results • Ability to work in a virtual team environment, travel to client site in Sacramento as required Desired Qualifications/Non-Essential Skills: • Previous experience with state and local government is a preferred • Familiarity with business process mapping and modeling tools (e.g., Visio) • Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus • Understanding of ERP systems and their functionalities and configuration customization (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) “CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role.
