The Business Analyst will identify, document, and analyze current and projected support gaps in the statewide IT organization.
Complete Description:
1. The Business Analyst will identify, document, and analyze systems and services that have fewer support resources than necessary, “single points of failure,” etc.
2. The Business Analyst will Identify, document, and analyze the employee skillsets needed per unit and the challenges to recruiting or retaining
3. The Business Analyst will identify, document, and analyze systems and services that may be fully or partially outsourced.
4. The Business Analyst will assist the Project Manager in writing, administering, and promoting participation in targeted surveys designed to gather information on employee skillsets and system support. The business analyst will analyze data gathered through these surveys for inclusion into the final report.
