Job Description A large retail & commercial bank is seeking a highly skilled, dedicated and detail-oriented Business Analyst with a strong background in data management, who is passionate about making a positive impact in the financial industry. In this role, the person will be responsible for driving the data remediation efforts in the CDO. The role is remote, but any candidates local to Quincy, MA would be a plus!. As a background, the bank has close to $90B in assets, 9K employees and more than 2M customers along the east coast. In addition to providing excellent banking experiences for their customers, the bank also very involved in the community through charitable giving and philanthropy to give back to low/moderate income and underserved communities. The Business Analyst/Data Remediation Analyst will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive data remediation plan while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal policies. The Analysts must be able to monitor and track progress of data remediation efforts and provide regular updates to management on any issues or roadblocks that may hinder the success of remediation activities. In addition to data remediation efforts, the analyst will also be responsible for conducting risk assessments and implementing risk mitigation strategies to ensure data integrity. Excellent communication skills are essential for this role as the Analyst will be proactively communicating with clients and stakeholders to address any mitigation concerns or questions. Compensation: $70/hr to $80/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
