Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Analyst in Westlake, TX. Key Tasks: * Business Analyst will bring the voice of the customer to the squad through customer journey mapping and feedback loops to focus the team on delivering business solutions with the highest customer and business value * Work closely with the Product Owner (Squad Leader) and squad to build, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog * Collaborate with design, business, and technical team members to define requirements and identify dependencies and risks * Handle customer-facing content and messaging to optimize usability * Perform acceptance testing to ensure the team delivers a seamless customer experience that meets business requirements * Support business readiness, deployment, and solution enablement (e.g., demos, training, procedures, and communication) * Apply analytics for continual optimization of the product and business plan
