Our client requires a Business Analyst to provide critical business analysis support, ensuring robust solutions aligned with business needs, scalability, and efficiency. The resource will work with the Senior Product Manager to drive process improvements, manage dependencies, and provide data-driven insights to inform product decisions.
Work is hybrid with 3 days onsite per week at client location in Toronto.

Mandatory RequirementsMandatory Requirements Include:
7-10 years’ experience in business analysis within enterprise software implementations, with demonstrated success in translating complex business requirements into actionable product specifications and user stories, particularly in financial management systems, HR systems, or data analytics platforms 5+ years’ experience supporting product management processes and agile methodologies, including process optimization, backlog management, and CI/CD practices, with proven ability to identify and implement efficiency improvement. Demonstrated expertise in conducting in-depth business process analysis, producing functional specifications, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions Experience in the end-to-end process of managing and responding to RFP (B, S)s, including analyzing requirements, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely submission.General Skills Include:
Business Analysis: Strong capability in analyzing complex business processes and translating them into technical requirements, particularly for financial, HR, and data analytics systems. Product Management Support: Experience in supporting product management activities, including roadmap development and backlog management. Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights. Agile Methodologies: Deep understanding of agile and lean practices, with experience in supporting their implementation and improvement. Stakeholder Management: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to various audiences. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to approach challenges creatively and systematically. Desirable Requirements Public Sector experience is preferred Enterprise Software Experience: Prior experience with Financial Management Systems, Human Capital Management Systems, or Data Analytics Platforms. Process Optimization: Experience in business process analysis and optimization. Change Management: Familiarity with change management principles in the context of system implementations. Business Intelligence: Knowledge of BI tools and their application in corporate environments. Public Sector Knowledge: Understanding of public sector procurement processes and regulations. Project Management: Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools. Technical Acumen: Basic understanding of software development processes and system architecture concepts.
