Job Title: Business Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking a highly analytical and results-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. This role will bridge the gap between business needs and data-driven solutions, focusing on developing and implementing effective reporting and analytics capabilities. The successful candidate will leverage their strong analytical and communication skills to define key performance indicators (KPIs), build insightful reports, and drive the development of an automated reporting dashboard to support strategic decision-making.

ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear and concise data requirements for reporting and analysis. This includes facilitating workshops, conducting interviews, and documenting requirements.Define and refine key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with business objectives. Design and implement methods to accurately measure and track these KPIs, ensuring data quality and integrity.Support the design and development of user-friendly reports and dashboards using data visualization tools (e.g., think-cell, Qlik Sense). Ensure reports are accurate and timely.Identify opportunities to improve data collection, processing, and reporting processes to increase efficiency and accuracy. Based on data analysis and best practices, recommend and implement process improvements.Become proficient in our client's supply chain relevant systems and proactively manage the impact of system changes on departmental processes and team workflows.Essential SkillsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.4+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a demonstrated focus on data analysis and reporting.Strong understanding of data warehousing, data modeling, and database concepts.Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Think Cell, Qlik Sense).Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to clearly articulate complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with project management is a plus.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $39.00 - $43.00/hr.
