Description We are in search of a Business Analyst to join our team located in Newark, Delaware. In this role, you will be vital in analyzing and designing our business systems, capturing critical business requirements, and ensuring their successful implementation. Additionally, you will act as a bridge between our business user groups and the technical systems groups. This position offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Analyze and design business systems to meet the needs of assigned customer group • Capture and document business requirements from clients and other system groups • Implement the captured business requirements and oversee their execution • Conduct systems testing to ensure functionality and efficiency • Act as a liaison between business user groups and technical systems groups • Review account documentation to identify transaction requirements • Authenticate signatures against Authorized Signatory Lists • Manage exceptions and create related reports • Communicate effectively with Front and Middle Offices as well as External Counterparties • Participate in initiatives aimed at improving processes • Ensure the maintenance of accurate customer credit records • Efficiently process customer credit applications. Requirements • Proficiency in Documentation and Reporting, with an emphasis on Cash Activity review and analysis. • Demonstrated experience in Design and Implementation of business strategies. • Ability to act as a Liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring smooth communication and execution of tasks. • Expertise in developing and maintaining Business Requirement Documents. • Proven experience in Capture, a tool used for process improvement initiatives. • Familiarity with AB Testing and its use in improving business operations. • Previous experience managing Quality Assurance (QA) processes. • Solid understanding of various Business Systems and their applications. • Ability to initiate and drive Process Improvement Initiatives, aiming for operational efficiency. • Skilled in executing tasks and projects in a fast-paced business environment.
