**Job Description:** **Responsibilities:** + Under the direction of the assistant Director, Automation Tools and Compute Services + Interact with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify goals, best practices, and other active methods for gathering and analysing their data to identify process performance areas + Identify and establish the scope and parameters of requirements analysis to define impact, outcome criteria, and metrics + Prepare storytelling narratives in activities such as developing a business case, building requirements, writing user stories and use cases. + Assist with the implementation of revised company processes and workflows. + Assist in the design and/or update of workflow and process strategies to improve business performance and monitor the efficacy of the new and updated workflows + Assist with creating and presenting process reports for client approval, while overseeing the + implementation of revised Bank processes and workflows + Assist with the development of test plans and scripts + Other related activities and deliverables, as required **Experience:** + Demonstrated analytical experience with Microsoft’s suite of tools including Visio, Excel, PowerPoint and Word + Proficient in the use of Atlassian Jira + Proficient in the use of ServiceNow ITSM modules and reporting + Agile and innovative individual, who can thrive in an environment of change and ambiguity + Demonstrated client-facing expertise and proven analytical background + Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, self-prioritizing, switching between multiple tasks as required, to deliver high-priority items quickly + Demonstrated ability to communicate at all levels of an organization, along with the ability to write user guides, manuals, and technical knowledge articles **Skills:** + Demonstrated ability to organize effectively + International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA), Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) designation + Demonstrated experience with Value Stream mapping + Demonstrated knowledge of Design Thinking process **Education:** University degree or college diploma in business administration or a related field **About US Tech Solutions:** US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
