(Fully On-Site) Costpoint Business Analyst
Job Description
Provide technical support to the Business Manager's team, focusing on the General Ledger and Costpoint Materials Modules. This includes tasks related to Product Definition, Bills of Material, Inventory, and other Material modules.
Responsibilities
+ Develop and manage product definitions and Bills of Materials.
+ Track and adjust inventory, generating reports on inventory status.
+ Update the general ledger with dollar values for inventory transactions.
+ Guide the procurement team through systems upgrades and integrations into business systems.
+ Gather user requests and interpret them into understandable requirements.
+ Conduct gap analyses against ERP software solutions when necessary.
+ Vet report enhancement requests to ensure they do not disrupt a particular report's use and provide input to new report requests.
+ Resolve inventory and procurement issues, sometimes requiring investigation into data quality issues to identify corrective actions.
+ Act as a liaison to planning and purchasing, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
+ Support the team during system reviews and audits.
Essential Skills
+ Experience in accounting, finance, and analysis.
+ Proficiency in the general ledger and Deltek Costpoint.
+ ERP systems analysis experience.
+ Knowledge in balance sheet management.
+ 5+ years of experience with Deltek Costpoint administration.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
+ Ability to work independently with minimal or no supervision.
+ Government contracting industry experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, computer systems, logistics, or related field.
+ Experience in supply chain, procurement, purchasing, and audit.
+ Reporting skills.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $60.00/hr.
