Kforce has a client in Chicago, IL that is seeking a Business Analyst. Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain high-quality PowerPoint decks using the Master Slide component to ensure consistency in design, layout, and formatting across multiple presentations * Customize slide layouts to fit specific needs of the team while adhering to branding guidelines and presentation standards * Collaborate with internal teams to incorporate feedback and ensure that presentations align with strategic goals and messages * Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze data sets, create reports, and prepare cost/benefit analysis models for business projects and initiatives * Develop dynamic dashboards, pivot tables, and charts to visualize complex data for easy interpretation by team members and stakeholders * Provide actionable insights based on data trends to help guide decision-making * Conduct cost/benefit analyses to evaluate the financial impact of various strategies, initiatives, and projects * Present findings in both PowerPoint and Excel formats to clearly communicate the potential ROI of projects or proposals * Work closely with the finance and strategy teams to ensure the accuracy and relevance of data used in analyses * Partner with team members across GenAI and other departments to understand business requirements and tailor presentations and analyses accordingly * Assist in preparing presentations for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and visual appeal * Continuously identify opportunities to streamline the deck creation and reporting process, improving efficiency and the quality of deliverables * Ensure all presentations adhere to best practices for design, data presentation, and accessibility
