We are seeking a highly analytical and results-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. This role will bridge the gap between business needs and data-driven solutions, focusing on developing and implementing effective reporting and analytics capabilities. The successful candidate will leverage their strong analytical and communication skills to define key performance indicators (KPIs), build insightful reports, and drive the development of an automated reporting dashboard to support strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
+ Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear and concise data requirements for reporting and analysis.
+ Facilitate workshops, conduct interviews, and document requirements.
+ Define and refine key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with business objectives.
+ Design and implement methods to accurately measure and track KPIs, ensuring data quality and integrity.
+ Support the design and development of user-friendly reports and dashboards using data visualization tools (e.g., think-cell, Qlik Sense).
+ Ensure reports are accurate and timely.
+ Identify opportunities to improve data collection, processing, and reporting processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
+ Recommend and implement process improvements based on data analysis and best practices.
+ Become proficient in relevant supply chain systems and proactively manage the impact of system changes on departmental processes and team workflows.
Essential Skills
+ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
+ 4+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a demonstrated focus on data analysis and reporting.
+ Proficiency in Excel, Think Cell, Qlik Sense.
+ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
+ Ability to clearly articulate complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with project management is a plus.
Work Environment
The position is hybrid, typically requiring 3 days onsite per week (usually Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday), with flexibility to switch onsite days if needed for team meetings or supplier visits. The work environment includes a recently renovated building with an open-concept office and no set desk assignments. A large cafeteria is available on-site. The dress code is business casual, including khakis/dress pants with button-down shirts or blouses. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, totaling 40 hours per week. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $39.00 - $43.00/hr.
