Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Business Analyst in Brentwood, Tennessee. The role is a hybrid schedule, focusing primarily on creation of dashboards, reporting, and liaison activities in the finance sector. Responsibilities: • Conducting comprehensive data analysis to identify trends and inform decision-making processes. • Creating and maintaining dynamic dashboards and reports using Power BI for effective data visualization. • Streamlining reporting workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy in data management. • Leveraging Microsoft Power products, including Power Automate and Power Apps, to optimize data workflows and increase operational efficiency. • Serving as an intermediary between the finance and IT departments to ensure system compatibility and address any technical issues. • Analyzing financial data and performance metrics to provide insightful trend analysis for strategic planning. • Assisting in the development of business process functions and documents to meet business requirements. • Using Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and analysis to support business decision-making. • Providing financial reporting and analytics to guide financial decisions and strategies. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst role or similar field. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory. • Solid understanding of Business Process Functions. • Experience in preparing Business Requirement Documents. • Proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Power. • Ability to create effective and insightful Dashboards. • Experience in designing Reporting Dashboards. • Strong analytical skills and experience in Analytics and Data Analysis. • Knowledge and experience in Financial Reporting.
