Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Analyst in Westlake, TX. Responsibilities: * Business Analyst will execute on activities related to (but not limited to) producing client-specific content, fulfilling internal and external data requests, and performing plan service reviews and enablement activities * Support the needs of the Relationship Management team, internal business partners and other Relationship Mgmt. support teams * Identify, capture, analyze, consolidate, and distribute data in requested format * Process requests according to business requirements and documented procedures in a timely manner * QC output to ensure data accuracy and adherence to specifications * Seek clarification and refine requirements by interacting with the requestors * Log, track and communicate status of request to key stakeholders * Project Management and Process Optimization * Pursue opportunities to streamline, improve and standardize processes * As a Business Analyst, you will identify and implement best practices when executing on team activities * Identify and troubleshoot complex process points with the Managing Directors * Managed and cultivate strategic relationships with Managing Directors * Track progress and follow up with key stakeholders * Pilot and deploy solutions * Work with aligned partners on tech solutions * Collaborating with Senior Leaders to keep projects on task
