The Business Analyst will work with all members of the Sales Tech team to implement and support projects and systems for all Distribution personnel. The primary focus of this position is the administration, enhancement, support and integration of Sales and CRM systems. _Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance._ Rate: $52 - $62 / hr. w2 **Responsibilities:** + Work closely with other members of the team to perform data analysis, solutions design, testing, and release management across multiple systems + Assist team members in evaluating and implementing vendor tools and processes. + Ability to work with non-technical end users to interpret and document user requirements and develop functional specifications + Participate in meetings with technical groups to ensure that all design questions (e.g., application security, data feeds, etc.) are addressed through the business analysis process + Ensure the timely and accurate processing of internal client requests. This includes maintaining standard Application support documentation and supporting the global production response team + Serve as subject matter expert process, and/or operational proxy for end users in targeted areas of focus + Manage operationally focused projects (e.g., non-political, data/workflow oriented) + Participate in other Sales Tech support responsibilities as assigned + Develop and execute test plans and test cases **Experience Requirements:** + Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing + Knowledge of software development and the system implementation life cycle + Knowledge of client-server, database, system design, data modeling and technical architecture concepts + Strong data query and analysis abilities and experience + Experience with data mapping, data conversion, data integration + Knowledge or experience with Snowflake Data Platform; for Client Data Platform preferred + Knowledge or experience with Salesforce CRM System + Strong problem identification and problem solving skills; ability to propose solutions + 5-7 years demonstrated experience with writing business user requirements and functional specifications + Experience with Distribution/Sales systems preferred + Financial Services industry knowledge preferred + Knowledge of Tableau preferred + Knowledge of Business Intelligence Tools a plus + Knowledge of JIRA agile development software preferred + Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience (computer science degree preferred) _Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate.
