**Cisco is seeking a Remote Operations Analyst!** **Location:** This is a **remote position** open to candidates across any U.S. location or time zone. Candidates must be U.S.-based due to work involving public sector/government data. **Pay Rate:** $37.00 per Hour **Duration: 1 Yr Contract** **Position Overview:** The **Professional Services Billing Operations Analyst** will support the Director of Professional Services Operations by managing administrative, reporting, and accounting tasks within the Global Services/Customer Success organization. This role involves being a backup to senior operations analysts and addressing newly created processes and needs. The ideal candidate is highly data-driven, detail-oriented, intellectually curious, and adept at managing projects with minimal supervision. **Minimum Requirements:** Applicants must meet the following requirements. **Experience:** 5+ years in roles focused on at least **two** of the following areas: + Operational processes + Billing + Accounting + Order management + Data entry/management/hygiene + Business operations 1. **Process Knowledge:** Strong understanding and experience with all or parts of the order-to-cash process. 2. **Technical Skills:** 3. 4. Basic knowledge/understanding of MS Office or G-Suite, specifically Excel/Sheets. 5. Must be proficient in formatting and working with system-generated reports in Excel/Sheets. 6. **Software Experience:** Familiarity with Salesforce (FinancialForce PSA platform experience is a plus). 7. **Process Ownership:** Experience in owning processes, analyzing them against changing business needs, and suggesting/spearheading updates. 8. **Time Management:** Excellent organizational and time management skills. **Desired Skills:** 9. Extremely detail-oriented 10. This position requires 3+ years of experience in relevant roles and is a key support role within the Professional Services operations team. 11. Strong communication skills (frequent communication with management; occasional interaction with customers) 12. Quick learner 13. Ability to take direction and follow outlined policies, process guides, and instructions 14. The ability to identify, communicate, and manage project risks. 15. Experience identifying business or customer requirements and creating actionable IT project specifications. 16.
