Description We are currently in search of a Business Analyst to be based in Santa Fe Springs, California, United States. As a Business Analyst, you will be at the forefront of managing the entire process related to pricing changes, ranging from cost changes to margin analysis. Your role will also encompass the implementation of all adjustments within the ERP system, and working closely with Sales Coordinators to supervise all data entry related to customer product pricing. This is a long term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Oversee the entire price change process, including cost changes and pricing changes. • Conduct margin analysis and implement all adjustments within the ERP system. • Collaborate with the Sales Coordinators to manage all data entry related to customer product pricing. • Set up list pricing and handle competitive price requests with suppliers. • Support the Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Sales Teams with any customer pricing data required to ensure an efficient order to cash process. • Utilize various software systems such as Accounting Software Systems, ADP - Financial Services, CRM, Epic Software, ERP Solutions, About Time for various tasks. • Handle answering inbound calls and manage billing functions. • Process check and oversee claim administration.
