Description Job Summary: We are seeking a Business Analyst I to support decision-making within the business unit by conducting operational analyses under the guidance of a Sr. Business Analyst, Business Analyst I, or supervisor. The role involves working on cross-functional projects to drive impactful change, requiring analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and technical proficiency. Key Responsibilities: + Conduct operational analyses to support business decision-making. + Work on cross-functional projects of varying scope and complexity. + Perform requirement gathering, troubleshooting, test development, and execution. + Become a subject matter expert in billing options for the client. + Support operational processes and ensure seamless customer experiences. + Execute application testing for internal and external applications, including end-to-end user acceptance testing. + Identify, report, and retest defects efficiently. + Collaborate with IT and other business units to resolve technical issues and conduct root cause analysis. + Document processes thoroughly to maintain operational standards. + Analyze and identify failure points in technical solutions. Requirements Qualifications: + 1-3 years of relevant experience. + Bachelor’s degree preferred. + Knowledge of SAP is a plus. + Exposure to Agile program development methodology. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Excellent written and oral communication skills. + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. + Ability to multitask and follow through on assignments consistently.
