Description Business Analyst $125,000 - $145,000 + benefits Hybrid onsite 3x per week We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst at our Woodland Hills, California location. Your main role will be to review business processes from end-to-end to identify and address operational, technological risks and identify opportunities to improve efficiency. Responsibilities • Analyze gathered data to identify both business and technical requirements, document them clearly, and establish acceptance criteria. • Actively engage with project managers, product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the requirements are understood and delivered. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and deploy technical solutions that align with the company's goals. • Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including functional requirements, use cases, and process flows. • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and provide project updates. • Support in the delivery of training sessions and assist with user adoption of new systems to ensure smooth transitions. • Identify and document risks and issues related to technical solutions and work with the project team to mitigate them. • Utilize your skills in Atlassian Jira, CRM, Gap Analysis, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, AB Testing, Agile Scrum, Business Process Functions, Business Requirement Document, JIRA, Confluence, SQL, SQL Queries to perform your duties effectively. Requirements • Proficiency in Atlassian Jira is essential for this role. • Prior experience with CRM systems is required. • The ability to conduct comprehensive Gap Analysis is necessary. • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word are mandatory. • Familiarity with AB Testing is expected. • Proficient understanding and application of Agile Scrum methodology is needed. • Knowledge of Business Process Functions is crucial. • Experience in creating Business Requirement Documents is a must. • Expertise in JIRA and Confluence is expected. • Proficiency in SQL and SQL Queries is required.
