Description Are you eager to get your foot in the construction industry? A renown firm in Brighton, MA is hiring a temporary contractor for a 2 month long onsite engagement. The role will involve managing customer relations, maintaining accurate records, and resolving inquiries. Schedule: Monday- Friday 8am-5pm. Free Parking provided and accessible by mbta. Responsibilities: • Engage with subcontractors through cold calls and discussions regarding project bids • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system • Analyze and manage customer credit applications with a numbers-driven approach • Send project plans to subcontractors as per their requests • Use Microsoft Excel and Word to track and document business requirements • Resolve any customer inquiries or issues in a timely manner • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary • Maintain a strong knowledge of accounting or finance principles to assist in role • Ensure all data and information is kept accurate and up-to-date. Requirements • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the construction or contractor industry. • Proficient in using CRM systems. • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. • Demonstrated ability to create and manage Business Requirement Documents. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements. • Proven experience in project management and business process improvement. • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
