**9485BR** **Position Title:** Business Analyst **Organization:** Advancement Services and Administration **Job Responsibilities:** + Analyze and document current business processes within the University Advancement division. Identify and present opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies, including short- and long-term solutions. Collaborate with impacted teams and the division’s training and change management leads to outline, rollout, and train on new or adjusted steady-state, end-to-end processes. + Liaise between business and technical teams, facilitating clear and effective communication to align project goals and deliverables. + Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather and define business requirements, then translate into technical requirements with clear acceptance criteria. + Develop and execute test plans to validate the functionality and performance of systems/solutions, ensuring they meet defined requirements and standards. + Conduct post-implementation reviews to ensure systems/solutions meet business needs and objectives. + Develop and run reports to measure business processes and outcomes, supporting data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives. + Lead small-scale projects from initiation to completion, including managing scope, schedule, timeline, resourcing, risks, communication, and quality. + Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices. + Other duties as assigned. **FLSA Category:** Exempt **Requisition Number:** 9485BR **College/Division:** University Advancement **Required Application Documents:** Cover Letter, Curriculum Vitae or Resume, List of References **Employment Category:** Fulltime **Additional Details:** In compliance with NYS's Pay Transparency Act, the salary range for this position is listed above.
