Business Analyst

(This position is hybrid with some onsite work in Indianapolis, Indiana)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position will support the PMO (Project Management Office) in the IIS (Informatics and Information Services) Department for IU Health’s New Downtown Medical Campus Program. This role will be pivotal in ensuring the success of the technology project management team responsible for a large-scale construction initiative by supporting project management processes and financial analytics. Analyzing data and creating relevant reports and dashboards are at the core of this role. Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to deliver effective executive-level presentations are essential skill sets. The ideal candidate demonstrates self-direction by proactively solving problems, effectively meeting objectives, and taking full ownership of deliverables. This includes creating dashboards and reports while ensuring timely, high-quality results.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience. 3-5 years of experience required. Requires experience in single business area and application (package and custom). Requires Experience implementing or supporting applications (ERP, HR payroll, Finance). Requires experience with MS Office (PowerPoint, Vizio, Word). Requires experience facilitating/ leading requirement gathering sessions. Requires experience with process modeling requirements and test plans.
