Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Business Analyst in Central Kentucky. As a Business Analyst, you will be expected to utilize your skills to improve our business processes, conduct gap analysis, and manage customer relationships. Responsibilities: • Utilizing Atlassian Jira for effective project management and tracking. • Managing and improving Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. • Conducting comprehensive Gap Analysis to identify areas of improvement. • Proficient use of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for data management and documentation. • Implementing AB Testing to evaluate system modifications. • Applying Agile Scrum methodologies in project management. • Analyzing and improving Business Process Functions. • Developing and maintaining Business Requirement Documents. • Overseeing Claim Administration processes to ensure smooth operations. Requirements • Proficiency in using Atlassian Jira software for project management and tracking. • Experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. • Ability to perform Gap Analysis to identify and address system and performance discrepancies. • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes. • Proficiency in Microsoft Word for creating and editing business documents. • Experience in AB Testing to optimize product performance and user experience. • Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies for project management. • Understanding of Business Process Functions and how they contribute to overall company operations. • Ability to create a comprehensive Business Requirement Document outlining project goals and objectives. • Experience in Claim Administration, preferably in a similar industry.
