Skills and Requirements Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in business analytics Independently establish a foundational understanding in complex and evolving environments. Proactively identify opportunities and propose strategic improvements. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and manage expectations effectively. Develop comprehensive process maps and lightweight project management plans. Establish and maintain processes and artifacts that support organizational objectives. Lead efforts to build and scale messaging and communication templates. Align team efforts with organizational goals and ensure cohesive execution. Support data governance initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Manage projects with uncertain deliverables and accountability, providing clear direction.
