Job Description
We are seeking a Business Analyst to join the Business Enablement team at a FinTech company. In this role you will collaborate closely with the business and key stakeholders within SLOD, as well as work alongside Vendor Management, Global Strategic Sourcing, Legal, Third-Party Risk, and other supporting teams. Your primary responsibility will be to assist internal business partners by managing operational administrative tasks while ensuring alignment with budgetary goals
Daily Responsibilities:
Provide ongoing support to Directors, VPs, and Management teams, assisting with various engagements and government relations tasks (SNOW).
Monitor incoming emails to identify requests from managers requiring support with vendor onboarding, contract renewals, and related tasks.
Ensure all vendor and contract activities align with the budget and financial guidelines.
Follow up on and conduct research related to invoices, coordinating with points of contact (POCs) for vendor management.
Manage third-party risk assessments and ensure compliance with organizational standards and policies.
Attend meetings, actively contributing to discussions, and documenting key insights or action items for future reference.

Skills and Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Smartsheet
- 3-5 years of experience in Business Operations. ie; contract renewals, purchase orders, vendor onboarding, legal process, etc..
- Financial services background Bachelors in anything business related null
