Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Business Analyst in the identity and access management validation space, located in United States - 100% Remote. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth running of our enterprise-level operations and requires effective collaboration with various teams. IAM Senior Business Analyst Responsibilities: • Utilize Atlassian Jira, Confluence, and O365 for efficient documentation and communication. • Engage in identity and access management, focusing on validation processes. • Analyze business processes and perform gap analysis to improve efficiency. • Leverage your experience in business analysis to contribute to our large enterprise-level operations. • Use applications like Microsoft Excel and Word to manage and present data. • Handle access validation tasks to ensure secure and streamlined operations. • Collaborate with team members to manage and improve business process functions. • Apply your experience with SailPoint or equivalent entitlement catalogues. • Implement Agile Scrum methodologies to ensure effective project management. • Handle IAM provisioning and AWS IAM to manage access to our systems. • Use your analytical skills to create new descriptions/documentation or entitlements based on end-user information. • Contribute to our enterprise architecture and applications with your knowledge and experience. • Participate in business requirement document preparation and claim administration.
