Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Business Analyst in Newburyport, Massachusetts. As a Business Analyst, you will be tasked with understanding and utilizing various ERP systems to maintain operational efficiency within the organization. You will also be responsible for joining a restructuring team and assisting them in their tasks. Responsibilities: • Utilize your ERP experience to examine and comprehend sales orders. • Actively participate in the restructuring of the team following the departure of a senior member. • Assist in the utilization of multiple ERP systems, including but not limited to, Aumatica and Epicor. • Ensure the efficient and effective use of the remaining 6 active ERP systems after sunsetting one. • Adapt and learn quickly in a changing environment, as the search for this role is urgent. • Leverage your help desk experience to assist in various tasks within the organization. • Employ your skills in Cloud ERP, SSRS, mSQL, Epicor, and Acumatica to boost productivity. • Provide assistance and support to entry level members, as they are considered a good fit for the team. Requirements • Applicant must have a minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Business Analyst. • Proficiency in Cloud ERP is a key requirement for this position. • The candidate should possess strong skills in SSRS. • Familiarity and experience with mSQL is necessary. • Experience with Epicor software is highly desirable for this role. • Acumatica skill set is an added advantage for the potential candidate.
