Description We are seeking a Business Analyst to become an integral part of our Wholesale Distribution team located in Houston, Texas. In this role, you will be tasked with analyzing business processes and functions, conducting AB testing, and using tools such as Atlassian Jira and Microsoft Excel to deliver solutions that meet our business needs. Responsibilities: • Analyze and understand business process functions to identify areas for improvement • Utilize Atlassian Jira for project management and task tracking • Conduct Gap Analysis to identify discrepancies between existing and desired business processes • Use CRM systems for managing customer interactions and data • Employ Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting • Use Microsoft Word for creating and maintaining business requirement documents • Conduct AB Testing to compare different versions of a product or service • Apply Agile Scrum methodologies in project management • Administer claims in accordance with company policies and procedures • Resolve customer inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.
