Requirements Key Responsibilities + Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze requirements, translating them into data-driven solutions. + Leverage SQL expertise to query, clean, and transform large datasets across multiple databases. + Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, ensuring stakeholders have access to real-time, actionable metrics. + Build and manage data pipelines and reporting workflows to improve operational efficiency and insight delivery. + Perform advanced data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and root causes, offering recommendations to support business goals. + Collaborate with functional teams, including IT, Finance, Operations, and Marketing, to align data insights with strategic priorities. + Evaluate current business processes and identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and innovation. + Create accurate documentation, including requirements specifications, process flows, and user guides. + Validate data accuracy and provide troubleshooting support for data discrepancies or reporting issues. + Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices related to business intelligence and analytics. Required Skills and Qualifications + Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience). + Proven experience (3+ years preferred) as a Business Analyst or in a related analytics-focused role. + Proficiency in SQL, including writing complex queries, joining tables, and optimizing query performance. + Strong expertise in creating dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI or similar BI tools. + Solid understanding of database systems, data integration, and data modeling concepts. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to convert raw data into actionable insights. + Excellent organizational and communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. + Experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment. + Attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality, accurate results.
