**Job Summary**
This is a SharePoint Business Analyst position where you will work with a team of developers and business analysts to build enterprise solutions for the U of U Health Intranet while also providing support to U of U Health staff with their intranet requests. You will help assess the needs of various business lines and develop web solutions, custom forms and workflows to help optimize efficiency. You will analyze business issues, define requirements, design applications, and recommend automated system controls and protocols to solve organizational information issues. You will work closely with end users to analyze, define, model, and document systems requirements. You will create end-user documentation (e.g., user guides, process flow charts, training materials) and deliver training to end users. Requires basic skill set and proficiency. Conducts work assignments as directed. Engages in tasks with close oversight, benefiting from regular input and direction to enhance performance. This position is primarily remote, but does require some in-person days.
**Responsibilities**
Provide technical support to users using a diverse range of technology including ServiceNow and SharePoint.
Create, plan and execute end-user SharePoint training sessions for staff.
Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Participate in requirement gathering sessions with senior business systems analyst and stakeholders.
Work closely with senior business analysts to design solutions that align with business goals.
Perform SharePoint site administration including: creating, managing and formatting of lists, libraries and pages. Maintain out-of-the-box forms and workflows and manage site permissions.
Assist in creating functional requirements and technical documentation.
Assist in testing solutions.
Assist senior business analysts with implementation of projects from start to finish.
Some on-call work required.

**Minimum Qualifications**
Require a bachelor’s degree in a related area or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience) and 2-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
**Preferences**
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Foundational knowledge of data analysis
Extensive knowledge of the SharePoint ecosystem including lists, libraries, sites, workflows, permissions and web parts
Familiarity with SharePoint Designer
Experience with SharePoint Online, Power Apps and Power Automate
Experience with ServiceNow
Strong customer focus
Ability to self-manage and work as a team
Detail-oriented
