The Business Analyst must be adaptable and capable of shifting between projects as assigned.
Responsibilities:Prepare and maintain business and functional requirement documents to support implementation efforts.Design and refine workflow processes to improve efficiency and operational effectiveness.Work with development, QA, and project management teams to define requirements, prioritize tasks, and ensure project objectives are met.Assist with testing and validation of system updates to meet business needs.Ensure maintenance items are completed on time and project deliverables align with expectations.Sprint tracking every 2-3 weeks to monitor project progress.Regular updates on key project deliverables and resource contributions.Qualifications and Requirements:Proficiency in ServiceNow: Hands-on experience with ServiceNow for business analysis and project management.Strong analytical skills: Ability to evaluate and document business needs effectively.Knowledge of ITIL frameworks: Understanding of IT service management best practices.Collaborative mindset: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.Compliance requirements: Must pass a criminal background check, including fingerprinting, and obtain CJIS certification.Benefits and Perks:Pay Rate: $28 – $33 per hourMedical Benefits: Comprehensive options available through The Reserves NetworkTraining & Growth: Expand your skills and career while contributing to impactful projectsYour New OrganizationOur client, one of the largest counties in the U.S., is committed to leveraging technology to enhance public service delivery. The pay range for this position is $28 – $33 per hour, excluding benefits. Your final pay rate will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
