Identify and propose process improvement priorities. + Serve as a subject matter expert in the primary functionality of assigned IT Web or Mobile products. + Monitor SaaS product releases to identify new beneficial features for CDA members, business units and local dental societies. + Develop and deliver training systems for end users. Minimum Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree or related experience + Minimum 6+ years as a business analyst + Experience with gathering, documenting and facilitating solution design.
