Job Title: Product Owner/Business Analyst
Pay Information: $115,000 - $130,000 / year
Location: Sacramento, CA (Remote work with occasional in office meetings)

Essential Functions –
+ Translate business needs and requirements from CDA business units and dental society stakeholders to functional requirements and user stories for the product delivery team.
+ Facilitate input from business stakeholders, including local dental society users, to drive system enhancements.
+ Design and facilitate processes to engage and manage stakeholders in defining business objectives and system requirements that drive technical solutions and system enhancements.
+ Document as-is and to-be end-to-end workflows and business processes. Identify and propose process improvement priorities.
+ Serve as a subject matter expert in the primary functionality of assigned IT Web or Mobile products.
+ Monitor SaaS product releases to identify new beneficial features for CDA members, business units and local dental societies.
+ Develop and deliver training systems for end users.
Minimum Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree or related experience
+ Minimum 6+ years as a business analyst
+ Experience with gathering, documenting and facilitating solution design.
