About the Role:
As a CBRE Business Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting reporting, data mining, interpretation of performance metrics and basic research.
This job is responsible for reviewing and consolidating data that supports governance and performance of a client account.
What You’ll Do:
+ Aggregate data from single to multiple sources to generate summarized reports to assist in creating a complete evaluation, improvement, or recommendation.
+ Review the accuracy of information provided and respond to requests from management.
+ Identify opportunities for small process improvements that create client efficiencies.
+ Assist with the coordination involving personnel from other departments and information technology groups to facilitate successful project implementations.
+ Complete the maintenance and reporting of benchmarks and performance metrics.
+ Lead by example and model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values.
+ Impact the quality of own work.
+ Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
+ Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding.
What You’ll Need:
+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 2 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
+ Ability to use existing knowledge to solve standard problems.
+ Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.
+ Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive and problem-solving mindset.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Business Analyst position is $65,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Business Intelligence position is $75,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
