In this role you will be responsible for analyzing company functions, processes, and activities to improve IT business applications for the most effective use of money, materials, equipment, and people. _Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance._ _Rate: $27 - $30 / hr. w2_ **Responsibilities:** + Reviewing and analyzing information, forecasts, methods, schedules, systems, processes, and procedures + Working closely with senior managers to identify and solve a variety of IT business system problems + Analyzing requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or to improve existing business systems **Experience Requirements:** + Strong understanding of processes + Local to the Charlotte area and can work hybrid schedule + Ability to recommend solutions to management as to courses of action that best meet the organization's goals _Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate.
