Job Summary

 

The role supports the centralization, development and implementation of the Sales force incentive plan reporting and monitoring across Asia Pacific. As SFE and Business Analyst, you will engage with relevant internal Commercial stakeholders, Finance and HR teams across APAC to ensure accurate calculation, validation, and timely payout of incentive compensation quota payout

 

In addition, the role will be responsible for market data analysis, gathering and interpreting external and internal market insights to support sales performance benchmarking, competitive analysis, to support strategic decision-making.

 

 

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

 

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Support and administer the Sales Incentive Planning (SIP) to:Support the development and utilisation of PBI to measure SIP to targets.Help with solving for data gaps, issues and incentive-related issues requiring review.Work closely with the countries to ensure data accuracy and completeness.Support in Data integration with ERP, HR tools (for payroll).Act as the escalation point for user inquiries and helpdesk support related to SIP.Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual bonus calculations and accrual estimates in coordination with Business Partners.Responsible for ongoing maintenance of quota / plan changes / leavers / new joiners from each APAC country in scope.Sales Force Performance Management:Maintain, monitor and report of incentive payouts and attainment from various sources (PBI, SAP, Salesforce.com)Assist in rolling-out a common performance tracking and review tools for sales managers Support the development of APAC sales reps’ awards rankings.SFE/SIP Dashboards / Reports:Establish dashboards of KPIs to be used by APAC and local teams to measure commercial performanceLead SFE internal meetings to ensure metrics are clearly understood Analyse sales data, performance trends, and productivity insights to provide strategic recommendations to sales leadership.Develop and use a data lake to transition this into analytics & information.Market Data Analysis:  Conduct market data analysis, integrating internal and external data to support sales benchmarking for APAC.Analyse market trends, customer segmentation, and industry benchmarks to provide insights for sales strategy and territory planning.

•     Understanding of IT systems, PBI and Microsoft suite

Languages

Education/Experience Requirements

 

Required Education/Experience: 

Associate’s degree and 4+ years of applicable experience OR

Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of applicable experience
