Our client is seeking an experienced Epic Business Analyst/Project Manager to join the team! This role is crucial for managing and delivering data and analytics solutions within the organization. This person must have a strong background in Epic systems, business analysis, project management, and stakeholder engagement, particularly within clinical and IT environments. RESPONSIBILITIES: + Epic Business Analysis/Project Management: + Manage projects related to Epic systems, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals. + Work closely with physician stakeholders to understand hospital workflows and data needs. + Oversee the implementation of Epic Modules identifying gaps and ensuring user comfort with new reports. + Data Product Management: + Function as a data product owner/manager, meeting stakeholder needs and ensuring the delivery of high-quality data products. + Collaborate with clinical and IT stakeholders on intake and validation processes. + Develop and maintain a product roadmap for data and analytics solutions. + Project Management: + Utilize Azure DevOps or similar Scrum tools to manage projects efficiently. + Apply agile methodology and SDLC methodologies to streamline project processes. + Collaborate closely with developers and other team members to ensure project success. QUALIFICATIONS: + MUST have 3+ years of experience with Epic systems, particularly in working with physician stakeholders and understanding hospital workflows. + High-level experience with Scrum tools for project management. (ideally Azure DevOps or similar) + Experience working with stakeholders on intake and validation, with a strong understanding of both clinical and IT environments. + Project management experience, particularly with analytics-related projects. + Understanding of Agile-Scrum workflow and SDLC methodologies. SKILLS: + High-level experience with PM tools (ideally Azure DevOps but not required) + Understanding of Agile-Scrum workflow + Project management experience + Experience working with stakeholders on intake and validation + Functioning as a data product owner/manager + Meeting stakeholder needs Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
