Business Analyst ADM
**CTG is seeking to fill a Business Analyst ADM position for our client in Tallahassee, FL.** **Location:** Tallahassee, FL **Duration:** 12 months **Duties:** + Develop and disseminate educational materials and resources for child welfare specialists. + Provide training and support to social workers, educators, and other stakeholders on educational best practices and policies. + Work closely with Child Welfare Investigation and Case Management teams to improve processes and outcomes. + Analyze and document business requirements, workflows, and system functionalities related to the Florida Safe Families Network (FSFN) system. + Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements for system enhancements and process improvements. + Utilize Agile methodologies to manage project tasks and ensure timely completion. + Assist in testing, troubleshooting, and validating system updates or changes. **Skills:** + Strong understanding of Child Welfare Investigation and Case Management practices. + Familiarity with the Florida Safe Families Network (FSFN) system. + Experience in developing training materials and providing professional training sessions. + Proficiency in JIRA for issue tracking and Agile project management methodologies. + Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills. + Knowledgeable about local child welfare processes across the state of Florida. **Experience:** + Previous field experience with Child Welfare Investigation and Case Management. + Experience developing and delivering educational resources and training for child welfare professionals. + Hands-on experience working with JIRA and Agile methodologies is a plus. **Education:** + Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field preferred. Equivalent work experience may be considered. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
