CTG is seeking to fill a Business Analyst ADM opening for our client in Atlanta, GA. Location: Atlanta, GA Duration: 12 months Duties: Conduct business and system analysis to support IT governance, risk management, and compliance initiatives. Evaluate and assess IT controls, ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Analyze risk management tools and software to improve compliance monitoring processes. Assist in the development and enhancement of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) systems. Support IT governance frameworks and risk management practices through thorough documentation and reporting. Work closely with IT security teams to assess network, database, and system vulnerabilities. Skills: Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, databases, and security protocols. Expertise in Control Evaluation and Assessment. Hands-on experience with GRC systems and risk management tools. Understanding of compliance monitoring frameworks and regulatory requirements. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills. Strong ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of stakeholders. Experience: 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, focusing on IT governance, risk management, and compliance. Experience working with IT governance frameworks and risk management practices. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CISA, CRISC, or CISSP preferred. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
