Business Analyst ADM
**CTG is seeking to fill a Business Analyst ADM opening for our client in New York, NY.** **Location:** New York, NY (hybrid remote, 2 or 3 days a week) **Duration:** 9 months **Duties:** + Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for the ADM (Application Development and Maintenance) projects. + Work closely with the development team to ensure technical solutions align with business needs and project goals. + Analyze and document workflows, processes, and data to support system design and development. + Develop use cases, functional specifications, and user stories to ensure the requirements are clear and actionable. + Assist in the design and implementation of business applications and ensure they meet the project’s business requirements. + Conduct testing and validation to ensure the successful delivery of IT solutions. + Provide support in user acceptance testing (UAT) and resolve issues as they arise. + Collaborate with project managers to ensure that project timelines and deliverables are met. **Skills:** + Proficient in SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) methodology. + Experience with C#, Python, SQL, IVP (Investment Validation Process), SSI (Standard Settlement Instructions), and SWIFT. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders. + Knowledge of business process modeling, data analysis, and documentation techniques. **Experience:** + 8+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably in financial services or similar industry. + Proven experience in handling complex projects and providing solutions in an ADM environment. + Hands-on experience with business analysis tools and methodologies. **Education:** + Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
