Kforce has a client in Maryland Heights, MO that is seeking a Business Analyst (API, Messaging). Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and technically proficient Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our platform architects to develop solutions for automated Email/SMS/Autocall messaging to our customers. You will also collaborate with external teams to manage data payloads and create comprehensive documentation for our development, QA, and front-end teams.
