In this role, you'll contribute to the operational decision-making process within the business unit by conducting basic analyses. You will be involved in the design and modification of processes, development of reports, and execution of small to medium special projects. About the Role: Our client is seeking a skilled Testing Specialist to join their team and lead comprehensive testing efforts across multiple platforms, including SAP, Web/Mobile applications, Agent Desktop Applications, Salesforce, IVR, Case Management, and Field Operations systems. The role will involve Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure optimal system performance and user satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: + Functional Testing: + Validate functionalities to ensure they meet specified requirements. + Identify, document, and report any defects or issues. + Regression Testing: + Test system updates to confirm that existing functionalities remain unaffected. + Detect and resolve regressions or unintended outcomes. + Integration Testing: + Verify seamless data flow between systems and modules. + Identify and resolve integration-related issues. + User Acceptance Testing (UAT): + Work with stakeholders to define test scenarios and conduct UAT. + Ensure modules meet user requirements and incorporate feedback for improvements. Requirements Qualifications: + Proven experience with testing platforms such as SAP, Web/Mobile, Salesforce, Agent Desktop Applications, IVR, Case Management, and Field Operations systems. + Strong expertise in Functional, Regression, Integration, and User Acceptance Testing. + Exceptional analytical, defect reporting, and problem-solving skills. + Proficiency in collaborating with business stakeholders and end-users. + Excellent communication and documentation abilities. Preferred Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. + 1+ year(s) of hands-on testing experience in similar environments.
