We are currently looking for a Business Analyst - Commercial Development (f/m/d) , to join our Digital and Access Solutions (DAS) business segment. This role will report to the Commercial Development Director, DAS EMEIA. Ideally, you'll join our team in Berlin, Germany, but as an alternative, Stockholm, Sweden, and Krakow, Poland could also be an option. What you would do as our Business Analyst - Comercial Development (f/m/d) Your core responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: + Analysis of the DAS sales organizations, product offerings and positioning as well as go-to-market strategies in the business areas + Development of a business segment-wide maturity model based on harmonized key performance indicators incorporating market-, competitor- and regional sales intelligence + Manage the current DAS pipeline reporting process and drives the implementation a harmonized CRM based reporting approach + Support management in business analysis related to commercial strategy development The skills and experience you need As the ideal candidate, we believe you’ll demonstrate the following: + Significant previous experience in a strategic or business development role + Degre level education in an Electronic, Engineering or Business-related discipline + Good understanding of the access control market + Excellent communication skills with a natural ability to covey complicated concepts to stakeholders across the business + Strong analytical skills and the ability to extract the important details from the vast amount of information that will surround the role + Ability to develop and implement regional level strategic plans and business development activities + A demonstratable background in leading and delivering on projects + Experience of working in a multicultural team and in an international environment would be preferred + A history of work experience from more than one European country is also desirable In addition to the above, you’ll be a self-starter who is comfortable working in a dynamic and challenging environment, thriving when working at a fast pace and eager to deliver on deadlines. As our common business language, fluency in spoken and written English is essential (additional language skills are highly advantageous). A willingness to travel within the EMEIA region (and occasionally beyond) is required.
