Primary Responsibilities:

Work in data & business intelligence (BI) to connect dots and create insights (including dashboards)
Create business intelligence solutions and models
Perform analysis, interpret results, analyze & investigate, develop actionable insights and present recommendations
Develop tools and models such as segmentation, dashboards, data visualizations, decision aids and business case analysis
Serve as a project lead/owner and an individual who helps mentor, develop and direct Junior team members
Work and collaborate closely with US based leaders as a matrixed team environment
Be able to partner directly with business stakeholders to understand business problems, gather requirements, and demonstrate tools, solutions and analysis Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
10+ years of experience in business/finance including analysis experience with a solid understanding of data storage structures
10+ years total experience and 7+ years of experience 5+ years of total experience in Tableau or Power BI
4+ years of total experience in SQL / Snowflake
Experience in analysis of business processes and workflows, and providing evaluations, benchmarks, and/or process improvement recommendations Experience with data manipulation and ETL software such as Alteryx, SSIS, etc.
Experience with Agile and scrum methodologies 
Knowledge on Azure Fundamentals or Python
Knowledge on DBT Proven solid verbal and written communication skills 
Proven solid attention to detail 
Proven ability to work in ambiguity

Preferred Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Health Administration or related field
