**US Consumer Marketing Analytics & Investment Services- Function Description:**
With a focus on strategy and analytics, US Consumer Marketing analytics & Investment Services team is responsible for driving acquisition growth & deepening engagement with cardmembers by delivering the most relevant content to the right consumer through their preferred channel(s) of choice with an eye on profitability & value maximization. Our charter is to drive revenue growth for the business and maximize return for investment on marketing dollars by accelerating innovation for both immediate impact as well as long-term transformation of our business. A unique aspect of the team is the integration of diverse skills across all its remit. The team has a very broad range of responsibilities, resulting in a range of business growth initiatives for the US consumer card business.
**Purpose of the Role:**
The analyst will be responsible for growing and deepening analytics on Cardmember Personalization treatments & end-to-end arbitration framework for digital and non-digital Customer Acquisition Channels. The analyst will analyze the current arbitration framework and recommend improvements in methodology by proposing hypotheses & testing using T&L frameworks. He / She would be expected to collaborate with multiple business partners – Decision Science, Marketing, Product and Technology, and stay abreast of any changes and corresponding business impacts. We are looking for self-starters who have strong technical acumen as well as can take initiative and drive engagement in and across the teams.

+ Maintain & improve customer engagement by extending right offers to right customers.
+ Influence decisioning across partner ecosystem with strong analytical & strategic thinking.

**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ Graduate/Post Graduate Degree in Statistics/Mathematics/Economics/Engineering/Management
+ Degree in quantitative field or work experience in the Payments business/ Credit Card business
+ Knowledge in statistics like distributions, hypothesis testing, parametric and non-parametric tests etc.
+ Expertise in an analytical language (Python, Pyspark or the equivalent), and experience with databases (Hive, SQL or the equivalent)
+ Proficient in presentation tools, including Excel and PowerPoint
+ Demonstrated ability to frame business problems, leverage external thinking, deliver business insights, and communicate clearly.
+ Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ More than 1 year of experience with Payments Industry/Credit Cards Industry or Consumer Fraud/Market risk related experience
+ 0-3 years relevant experience in Analytics. Experience in Digital Activity/ Clickstream analysis is a plus
+ Practical experience on SQL (Hive, Yellow Brick, Python or Teradata)
+ Having exposure to various ML Modelling techniques is a plus.
