Job Description An Insight Global customer is in need of hiring a Technical Business Analyst to support a large Data Transformation project. This is individual will partner closely with leaders within the organizations Data Management Office and collaborate with Data Engineers and Data Analysts on a daily basis. In addition to working with those stakeholders, this individual will work very closely with the Technical Delivery Manager overseeing the project. This is a hybrid position 2-3 days a week onsite in Ann Arbor, MI. Compensation Range: $50/hr to $60/hr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Skills and Requirements - 5+ years of experience solutioning, designing, and documenting project plans - Strong experience in the data engineering and data migration industry either as an analyst, engineer, or a technical BA - Strong understanding of the architectural aspects of Data Systems and the Data Engineering concepts and procedures - Strong experience with ETL Tools - Experience with modern business analysis techniques o BPM, Data Modeling, Use Case Models, Requirement Analysis, etc. - Experience with reporting Data Analytics platforms o Tableau, PowerBI or Qlik Sense - Experience with PySpark, Hadoop, InfoSphere, Storm, or Snowflake - Certification or awards related to data engineering or data transformation - Experience as a Data Engineer prior to moving into a BA role null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
