Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you! 

Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!

Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Are you an experienced Business Analyst with a passion for digital channels and the banking sector? Amaris Consulting is looking for a Mid/Senior-Level Business Analyst to join our team and work on exciting projects in the financial industry. If you have a strong background in digital banking solutions, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do: Gather and analyze business requirements for digital banking channels (mobile banking, internet banking, etc.) Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and UX/UI teams to design seamless digital experiences Document business processes, functional requirements, and user stories Conduct gap analysis and suggest improvements for banking digital platforms Ensure compliance with banking regulations and industry standards Support testing, implementation, and post-go-live optimization efforts What We’re Looking For: 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking  Strong knowledge of mobile and internet banking solutions Experience working in the banking sector is a must Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup (Asian side of Istanbul) Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience writing user stories What We Offer: A hybrid work model on the Asian side of Istanbul Exciting projects in the banking and financial industry A dynamic and collaborative team environment Career development opportunities and professional growth
