Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled IT System Analyst with extensive experience in supporting and designing solutions within Office 365 and web-based IT development. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and the ability to manage projects of all scales and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT). This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain innovative IT solutions that meet business requirements.

 

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience. Strong expertise in Microsoft Office 365 Applications. Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals & Power Platform, preferred. 8+ years’ experience as a Business or IT System Analyst. 8+ Experience working with Agile or hybrid project management methodologies 5+ Experience with third-party Office 365 integrations and automation solutions. 5+ Experience support and management of WordPress or other CMS perferred Experience working on application or website development projects. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Understanding of IT network, cloud hosting, and infrastructure principles. Ability to create clear documentation, including requirements, process flows, and user guides. Familiarity with ITIL processes for IT support and service management.

 

 

Key Responsibilities but not limited to:

Facilitate and lead requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders; documenting and translating them into technical solutions. Provide support, development, and administration for Office 365 applications, including SharePoint, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), and Teams. Assist in the support and oversight of applications and websites. Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement using Office 365 tools and automation. Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure alignment between technology and business objectives. Lead and manage large or multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction. Develop training materials and conduct user training on Office 365 tools and other IT solutions. Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users, ensuring clear communication and expectation management Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements and standards. Track and regularly update tasks and project work Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to recommend innovative solutions.

 

Pay Range:   $69,825.00 - $93,135.00
