Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, energetic, people-process-technology-oriented business analyst with solid experience in enterprise applications, including Dynamics CRM, the Power Platform, and solution development frameworks. You will report directly to our Dynamics Center of Excellence (DCoE) and work closely with other Enterprise Application teammates and business owners. As the DCoE Business Analyst, you will be responsible for aligning, implementing, evolving, maintaining, and supporting our DCoE solutions, including integration with non-Dynamics solutions. Your expertise and leadership will play a critical role in delivering solutions aligned with our enterprise objectives and future successes. This role involves managing, scaling, broadening, processing, and supporting integration with other enterprise solutions. You will perform configuration and technical support of various DCoE solutions, provide break/fix solutions, recommend and implement new functionality and process improvements, and ensure smooth integrations with other systems.  

Responsibilities: 

Serve as a liaison between the business, IT, and the DCoE team. 

Gather the business requirements needed for system modifications, enhancements, and implementation of enterprise solutions. 

Organize and lead agile projects centered around DCoE solutions and/or the Power Platform. 

Partner closely and develop strong relationships with business and IT stakeholders. 

Understand the function of all enterprise solutions, integrations, and how they are used by teammates. 

Manage customer relationships and expectations by maintaining a communication process to keep others up to date on the project results. 

Perform and assist with testing of solutions and other change management activities. 

Provide enterprise solutions, Dynamics 365, & Power Platform support and guidance on business process improvements. 

Discover and anticipate future needs and align DCoE solutions, Dynamics, and the Power Platform to those needs. 

Identify innovative ways to understand the needs of the customers and increase customer satisfaction. 

 

Summary of Qualifications: 

3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or similar IT-related role. 

Strong understanding of DCoE solutions, Dynamics, CRM, Field Services, and the Power Platform. 

Experience with configuring and customizing enterprise solutions, Dynamics and Power Platform solutions to align with business requirements. 

Knowledge of solution design, data presentation, and system integration methods & tools. 

Agile project management experience with Scrum and/or Kanban with ADO and/or other similar solutions 

Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills. 

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. 

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and product/project management skills. 

Familiarity with change management principles and IT compliance/governance policies. 

Relevant certifications (such as CSM, Dynamics, Power Platform, Six Sigma, BPMN, etc.) are a plus.
