Key Job Responsibilities
As a Business Analyst, you will drive excellence through detailed analysis and customer-focused solutions. Your responsibilities include:
• Lead end-to-end requirements management, including analysis, validation, and approval processes to ensure deliverables are comprehensive, viable, and traceable
• Transform complex business and customer needs into actionable insights using advanced data analysis tools, delivering high-impact solutions that create measurable business value
• Collaborate with Amazon's technical teams and subject matter experts to architect, develop, and implement automated solutions that balance customer satisfaction with robust controllership standards
• Maintain requirements traceability and orchestrate change management through structured processes and industry-standard tools
• Conduct deep-dive analyses of business processes to uncover optimization opportunities and solve complex challenges
• Build strong partnerships with operational teams throughout the project lifecycle, from design through deployment, ensuring smooth transition to steady-state operations
• Design and implement repeatable, scalable business analysis frameworks that enhance team effectiveness and organizational maturity
• Develop innovative strategies for process automation and optimization to drive operational efficiency
• Leverage data analytics to identify opportunities and influence decisions, while maintaining clear and effective communication channels with senior leadership and key stakeholders
About the team
The successful candidate will bring a demonstrated ability to deliver large scale, complex business program implementations in fast-paced, deadline driven environments, ideally involving systems development and integration. Additionally, they will have a proven ability to learn quickly, distill complex scenarios into easily understandable synopses and communicate persuasively, in both written and oral form.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of finance, tax or a related analytical field experience, preferable in Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivables.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration or related field.
- Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders.
- Experience with process visualization tools (Visio, Draw.io).
- Experience with SQL and Data Analytics tools (Tableau, Quicksight).
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Master's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, engineering , analytics, mathematics, statistics or a related technical or quantitative field
- Experience with ERP-Systems (e.g. Oracle, SAP).
- Experience in defining requirements, supporting tools (Jira, Confluence) and using data and metrics to draw business insights.
- Certified in Business Analytics and/or Project Management (Prince2, PMI).
- Certified in Agile Methodologies (Scrum, PMI-ACP).
